Athlete Training

Each athlete is taken through an initial movement evaluation (Functional Movement Screen). With these results, we then design a training program that addresses individual needs as it pertains to an athletes sport.

Each supervised training session lasts 60-75 minutes and is done in small groups.  The goal of our small group athlete training is to:

  • Create a safe, fun, and challenging training environment

  • Teach the athletes how to perform each exercise with correct form to decrease the likelihood of injury and improve athletic performance

  • Create autonomy for the athletes to be able to use the skills they've learned here in the rest of their athletic careers (example: teaching correct deadlift/hang clean/etc. form at MAC, and be able to use this correct form/knowledge in a high school Weight & Strength/Physical Education course, in their college career, etc.)
