Athlete Training
Each athlete is taken through an initial movement evaluation (Functional Movement Screen). With these results, we then design a training program that addresses individual needs as it pertains to an athletes sport.
Each supervised training session lasts 60-75 minutes and is done in small groups. The goal of our small group athlete training is to:
Create a safe, fun, and challenging training environment
Teach the athletes how to perform each exercise with correct form to decrease the likelihood of injury and improve athletic performance
Create autonomy for the athletes to be able to use the skills they've learned here in the rest of their athletic careers (example: teaching correct deadlift/hang clean/etc. form at MAC, and be able to use this correct form/knowledge in a high school Weight & Strength/Physical Education course, in their college career, etc.)
